Return & Refund Policy

At Hoot & Honey, many of our products are made to order especially for you. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other ordering errors made by the customer. 

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us withing 30 days of delivery at support@hootandhoney.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing & Ordering Errors

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and personalization details carefully before placing your order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges because the wrong size, color, design, or other option was selected at checkout.

Personalized & Custom Products

Personalized and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after submission. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@hootandhoney.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun. 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. If a physical return is required to resolve an approved claim, we will provide instructions.
